20 plus years of experience in Fitness Coaching, Personal Training and a Fitness Instructor. Coach Eileen has motivated individuals through years of real-life challenges, setbacks, physical and spiritual battles. She combines faith, strategy, science backed research, truth and biblical principles to help people overcome limitations and step into lasting change. You don’t have to go at it alone. All you need is consistency- discipline and Faith! Next you need is water to hydrate-2 dumbbells-light-med or large, a Pulley is optional - and a Mat. Coach Eileen is here to guide, support, and walk with you every step of the way—helping you break old patterns, renew your mind, and achieve results that align with your God-given purpose. Includes exercise workout classes, a grocery list, stretching, supplement suggestions, empowering meetings, recovery, and motivation speeches along with okbiblical affirmations and prayers.

Is this program only for Christians?

This training program is for everyone, there is no one-size fits all. Kingdom Faith Fitness is rooted in Christian values, Scripture, and prayer—but anyone is welcome. We believe God has a purpose for every body, and we’re here to support your journey with love, grace, and strength.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

Not at all! You can start from any fitness level. Whether you’re a beginner or getting back on track, this program meets you where you are and helps you grow—physically and spiritually.

What kind of workouts are included?

You’ll find a variety of workouts: strength training, mobility, cardio, and faith-infused movement sessions. They’re designed to build your body with purpose—safe, effective, and filled with encouragement.

What if I fall off track?

We don’t do shame here—we do grace. Progress isn’t linear, and neither is spiritual growth. You can always come back, reset, and keep going. God isn’t counting your failures—He’s cheering on your faithfulness.

Is there support or community with this program?

Yes! You’ll have access to a private, uplifting community and regular check-ins. We pray together, push each other, and celebrate every step. You’re never alone in this journey.
